Opportunity Radar is a marketplace that connects users with local opportunities and provides secure escrow payments and built-in safety tools to help people transact with confidence. We do not employ users or post opportunities ourselves.

You are solely responsible for verifying any opportunity, person, or business you engage with through the app. You act at your own risk and discretion.

Nothing in this agreement creates an employer/employee, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Opportunity Radar.

We make no promises regarding earnings, results, opportunity quality, response rates, or any specific outcome from using the platform.

Payments made through Opportunity Radar are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Opportunity Radar facilitates payment processing between users but is not the financial institution holding or issuing funds. While we may administer payment workflows, escrow releases, refunds, or dispute procedures in accordance with our policies, we are not responsible for losses resulting from fraud, user misconduct, chargebacks, or breaches of agreements between users except as required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the platform for scams, fraud, illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or any conduct that violates applicable law. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion.

Verification badges, ratings, and labels are informational signals only. They do not guarantee identity, safety, legitimacy, or the quality of any opportunity.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Opportunity Radar for account verification, account security, trusted contact notifications, Safety Check reminders, and Emergency SOS notifications when initiated by you.

• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for support, or contact us at the address below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS is used only for transactional and security purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunity Radar and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Opportunity Radar, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Opportunity Radar is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
